Work Opportunity in a luxurious jewelry brand’s Activation in Stockholm (May 20 - Jun 10, 2025)

Greetings from Moving Talent, the event staffing agency operating in Nordics. We are reaching out for a job opportunity to work in a luxurious jewelry brand’s Activation the coming three weeks, starting this/next week, May 26th to June 10th.

At this stage, we are particularly looking for English-speaking boys, with an excellent high-service mindset, energetic personalities, and smiley faces, to represent the brand. It is a BELLBOY position, with the main tasks as follows:
• Welcome clients at “Experiences” / hotels, and guide them to different directions
• Welcoming guests, being available for photos with clients, greeting them
• No sales involved – strictly guest reception. Sales will be handled exclusively by senior sales staff from the brand.
• You MUST feel comfortable and offer your consent to be taken in photos by the clients and the press as there will be celebrities and VIPs attending the events

The client will provide uniforms (jackets, hats, bow ties & trousers), and you will bring your own, plain and polished black business shoes/loafers.

The meeting location is in Nacka Strand, Stockholm, where you will get your uniform, and be sent by car to different work locations depending on the daily program.

Salary is 165 SEK per hour, (50% extra on public holidays) and we pay 4 hours minimum pay per work shift.
